BIOINFORMATICS ANALYST I, School of Medicine, Computational Biomedicine Tracking Code 1571 Job Description We are seeking a bioinformatics analyst to perform bioinformatics data inference (i.e. gain meaningful insights) by applying existing computational methods and packages to newly generated datasets. The analyst will work with a variety of data types including single-cell sequencing, whole exome/genome DNA sequencing, and RNA sequencing and have access to multiple methods development and analysis working groups to increase knowledge and proficiency of genomic algorithms and approaches.
