In this role you will:

• Partner with Data Engineers and Benchtop Scientist to develop an End to End solution from data capturing to data activation
• Help the team to create and maintain data pipelines that will extract transform and ingest data in support of key R&D initiatives.
• Support and collaborate with Data Scientists to develop advanced machine learning and statistical models.
• Create usecase of various biological assets and design system specification to provide the best user experience
• Communicate the science through strong visuals

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactively propose new ideas to solve complex data handling challenges in biological/life sciences field
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• History of working independently and effectively multi-tasking.
• Familiarity with machine learning workflows (desirable).
• Previous background in the Life Sciences or Biomedical research: biology bioassays omics etc.(desirable).
• Understanding on how to activate complex biological data and use state of the art visualization tools
