Job Description The research groups of Ramnik Xavier and Caroline Uhler are seeking highly motivated postdoctoral researchers in the field of computational biology. This role involves the development and application of machine learning methods towards systems immunology studies. Areas of focus include defining cellular circuits and designing strategies for molecular rewiring of these circuits as well as utilizing computational chemistry to integrate structural and immunological information in order to better understand immunological states in the contexts of health and disease. We seek creative and highly motivated individuals who want to work in a dynamic multi-disciplinary research environment. Prospective applicants should have made significant contributions to their area of study (computational biology machine learning statistics or related areas) as evidenced by a strong publication record.Prior experience in immunology or computational chemistry is preferred but not required. The position is for a period of 3 years with the possibility of extension and the successful candidate would receive appointments at the Broad Institute MIT and Harvard. Qualifications - A Ph.D. in Computational Biology Bioinformatics or a related field
